Sports are biased towards pushing one's limits and short term goals.
Health is biased towards healing and sustainability.
Fitness is the overlap of these polarities.

Diving Buddah specializes in providing services to widen this overlap by bringing healthy approaches to sports training and athletic approaches to health practices. Private sessions, group classes, and workshops are available.

    As we all know, business as usual has been shaken AND stirred, and the cocktail that has been created is challenging to ingest.

    I am set up to do live remote sessions on-line via Zoom. I can do these a 1-2 person privates or in demand is sufficient larger groups for longer times.

    I am able to offer live instruction in anything from guided physical training such as handstands, acrobatics to related academic instruction such as anatomy/bio-mechanics, safe sustainable training approaches and the list goes on.
    To get an idea of the type of stuff I have taught and can teach visit Classes and Workshops to see a partial list of past offerings.

    Please contact me to inquire about customizing what you like during your on-line session.

    Also the current Bay Area Shelter-in-place orders allow for and include healthcare visits as essential travel, so I am still comfortable seeing rehab clients and clients with pain issues.

    My goal is to continue to provide high quality services. I welcome any feedback that will help me to better serve you.
