This class is an entry level version of the basic PLE class. It is designed to allow for more exercise explanation and form correction for individuals who are not familiar with the types of exercises and challenges which are inherent in PLE classes.
It is also appropirate for people who have previous PLE experience.
PLE is primary a body awareness driven class that is both physcially and cognitively challenging.
It utilizes approaches that increase functional range of motion quickly and also strengthen the structures that provide control and stability while in your maximum ranges.
This class emphasizes injury-free techniques that deliver the most effective results.
Home Equipment Requirements:
we won't be using any suspension rigs so in addition to your wonderful enthusiasm and great sense of humour you will want the following:
-pair of sliders (towel or socks on wooden floor, cardboard or actual 'sliders' for carpet)
-stick (broom, mop, probably not shovel, rakes etc.)
- pair of chairs (for splits, shoulder stuff etc.)
-weight: 10lbs? (filled water bottle/jug, kettle bell, actual weight, not recommended heavy pets)
-pair of yoga blocks or equivalent upon which you can stand and/or use as a shim
To run; this class requires a minimum enrollment of 3 people prior to 2hours before class time.
---Note- If you cannot afford the $5 minimum it is not a problem. Enroll by sending me an email letting me know you would like to attend for free and include the name and date of the class(es).

-In the memo put the name and date of class, the full name(s), contact email(s) and number(s) for all being enrolled.
