10:00a - 12:00p
Understanding the difference between managing your spine, engaging abdominal integrity and the ability to transfer forces amongst your limbs will significantly change how you approach training. This understanding is essential if one wants to achieve and sustain high level athletic ability.
This workshop will guide you through the discovery of the structural and functional nuances of this critical region. Approaches to training will be presented and a variety of exercises which nurture awareness, strength, and stability throughout your entire range of motion will be explored.
