Bending Backwards for Acrobatics Workshop Series
This workshop series is being offered in response to people who have taken the Progressions Towards Excellence: Inversion Series workshops and wished for something ongoing. This series will continue to progress those skills and more!
Description:
This workshop series of 4 x 2hr workshops is aimed at developing back bending skills for acrobatic applications. It is intended to focus specifically on the dynamic application of back bending skills for limbers, walkovers, tumbling, partner acrobatics and the like. You will get customized exercise progressions for self-training, and a few weeks between each workshop to practice. You will see noticeable improvement over the course of this series.
Prerequisites:
A 60sec handstand against a wall; a pushup a bridge with 30sec hold; backbend to waist height at wall.

Length: 8hrs (4 x 2hrs)
