Diving Buddah specializes in providing services to widen this overlap by bringing healthy approaches to sports training and athletic approaches to health practices. Private sessions, group classes, and workshops are available.

From those with limited physical abilities to elite athletes, as well as movement therapists and movement instructors Diving Buddah offers something for everyone.
