By exploring the integration of strength, alignment, equilibrium and refined body awareness this pair or workshops will guide one through the understanding and practice of how to safely and confidently nurture their inversion skills and find grace while inverting and inverted.

-Stabilizing a neutral axial body while inverting and inverted
-Understanding balance and creating a bigger base when handstanding
-Press skills versus balance skills
-Protecting your joints; maintaining happy shoulders and wrists while you develop your inversion skills
