Description:
These classes apply the principles and techniques studied in the foundation to the respective regions of the body.
Each joint’s anatomy and kinesiology is reviewed, and its condition assessed. Active and passive range of motion (ROM) is assessed and appropriate techniques are applied to bring the region into optimal alignment and function.

Course Objectives:
- To refine and develop one’s practical ability to promote increased vitality and pain free movement through the application of Neuromuscular Techniques for Stretching and Strengthening
- To increase one’s understanding of specific joints, related movements, and related technique application.
