Developing Mobility
Description: Learn how to train intelligently while progressing your functional range of motion. Utilizing methodologies used in Physical Limitation Elimination (aka PLE) this workshop is for those who wish to increase functional range of motion and athletic proficiency. You will develop better body awareness and work to increase your range of motion while strengthening the structures that provide control and stability while in your maximum ranges. This workshop is essential for those who want to excel in their athletic training by using safe and sustainable techniques that deliver the most effective results.
Prerequisites: None, this workshop is for all bodies and abilities. Bring playful curious spirit and wear clothes that permit freedom of movement.
